Terms and Conditions for “Property Solutions 101 Dyson Handstick Vacuum Competition” 2018
- By entering the “Property Solutions 101 Dyson Handstick Vacuum Competition” (the “Competition”), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
- Existing and new clients of Property Solutions 101 are eligible to enter, subject to conditions 3 and 4.
- This Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees and their immediate families of Property Solutions 101, and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
- This Promotion commences on Monday 27 August 2018 at 07:00 AEDT and closes on Friday, 18 January 2019 at 17:00 AEDT.
- To enter this competition, eligible individuals must refer a Property Management prospect to Property Solutions 101 and that person becomes a client. The new client will also be eligible for an entry.
- Eligible individuals can enter as many times as they choose, within the competition period, and receive one entry per valid referral or property management listing.
- The major draw will take place at Property Solutions 101 head office, 644 Glebe Road Adamstown NSW 2288, by Friday, 25 January 2019 and will have an independent scrutineer present. The minor draws will be completed before the end of the calendar months September, November and January.
- The major prize consists of one Dyson Handstick Vacuum (worth approximately $699) and three gift vouchers (worth $50 each).
- The provisional winners will be notified within two business days of the draw. A provisional winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by Property Solutions 101. Any winners will have their name published by Property Solutions 101 on the Property Solutions 101 website and social media outlets.
- The winners agree and acknowledge: they may be contacted by Property Solutions 101 (or an agent of Property Solutions 101) to provide comments about the competition and Property Solutions 101 (or an agent of Property Solutions 101) may take photos or recordings of them.
- The prize cannot be transferred nor can the prize be redeemed for cash. In the event Property Solutions 101 is unable to supply the prize, Property Solutions 101 is reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value. All tax liabilities and other costs associated with or arising from winning the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
- Property Solutions 101’s decision is final and Property Solutions 101 will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
- It is a condition of accepting the prize that winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements.
- Property Solutions 101 will conduct an unclaimed prize draw (if required) at the same place as the original draw, no sooner than three months after the original draw. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two business days of the draw.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Property Solutions 101 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
- In order to conduct this Competition, Property Solutions 101 is needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Competition is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Property Solutions 101 database. Property Solutions 101 may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Property Solutions 101 Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to Property Solutions 101. All personal details of entrants will be stored in the accordance with the Property Solutions 101 Privacy Policy. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database. All entries remain the property of Property Solutions 101.
