What you can expect from the property buying process

  1. Following an initial consult with our Buyer’s Agent, Kylie, we work with you to outline your property goals and needs. This will include discussing your budget, property requirements, preferred location and your non-negotiables for a property. As part of your meeting, we also conduct a ‘drive around’ where Kylie and our team take you on a tour of the suburbs you’re interested in, providing you with detailed insider knowledge and asking relevant and follow up questions.
  2. Using local market knowledge and insider access to off-market properties, our team will then conduct research to find a range of properties suited to your needs and create a short list.
  3. Once you’ve selected your preferred properties, we proceed with a buying strategy for your property. Whether this is attending an auction and bidding on your behalf or negotiating privately on your behalf. In all instances, we work hard to ensure the result aligns with your goals and negotiate the best outcome for your circumstances.
  4. Once we have secured your perfect property, we’ll ensure a seamless transition for the final settlement.


While this is the traditional property buying process we offer clients, we also provide negotiation services and mentoring. If you have a property you’d like to purchase and you’d like us to negotiate on your behalf we can assist.

We work collaboratively with you and your finance provider, conveyancer and/or mortgage broker

The property buying process is more than signing on the dotted line after an auction. Purchasing a property does require a team of experts who represent your interests – including the bank or your mortgage broker and your conveyancer.

As part of your property buying purchase, we’ll work closely with your whole team to ensure a seamless, clean transaction from the initial closure of the sale through to settlement.
