Property Solutions 101 is Newcastle’s premier independent Buyer’s Agent, working to connect our clients with the best property to suit their needs, budget and lifestyle.

We’ve spent more than a decade helping people find their way home – whether that be a first home, investment property or commercial space. Having worked in the real estate sector and experienced property purchasing from all angles, we can help remove the stress and uncertainty that comes with purchasing property.

We help you navigate the buying process, support you during live auction, research the right property for your goals, conduct the due diligence in terms of the required paperwork and ensure your property benefits are in alignment with your needs.

In other words, we make buying property easy.

If you’re looking to buy or invest in the Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Central Coast and Sydney regions, partner with an independent expert who has your back to get you the result you need.

Our independence is what sets us apart from our competitors.

What is a Buyer’s Agent?

A Buyer’s Agent acts on your behalf in a property transaction. We take the heavy lifting out of purchasing property. We know you are busy, so we take care of all the logistics for you and are licensed professionals able to purchase properties on your behalf.

Unlike a real estate agent, we represent the buyer, not the seller.

We search for, scope out, evaluate and negotiate on properties to get you the best result.

Essentially, we give you an independent partner on your side through the buying process. We make it easy, take the hard work away, support you through the negotiation process and help ensure you purchase the right property for your needs. Importantly, we don’t take referral fees from real estate agents – we are here for your goals and needs, and only yours.

Benefits of using a Buyer’s Agent

Access to ‘off-market’ properties

With decades of experience behind us, our reputation and network has allowed us to build strong relationships with local agents in the Newcastle and Hunter market. This means we’re often give exclusive access to off-market properties which haven’t even hit the market yet.

Being the first to know about and see these properties gives you the rare opportunity to view them first.

In a highly competitive market, you can imagine the benefits this provides. It gives you an exclusive first look and potentially the chance to put your offer in first before the property goes public.

Negotiation power

Negotiation is one of the key components of purchase. By working with a Buyer’s Agent, you have someone on your side who understands how the negotiation process works and the market. We can negotiate on a property on your behalf for the best price, no matter if it’s an auction, private sale or EOI sale.

Getting the most from the property process

Real estate agents have strategies in place to get the best outcome on a property sale for their client.

And so should you when it comes to investing in a property.

We will develop a strategy for your property purchase which aligns to your needs and goals. This includes everything around how to source a quality property for your needs, your approach at auction, negotiating on what you want out of the deal, and what you are and aren’t willing to compromise on when it comes to the property.

We’ll work with you to develop an effective strategy, keep you informed along every step and ensure you feel confident we are working towards a shared vision for your property goals – you’re in the best hands.

Receive access to professional market knowledge so you can make more informed decisions

Our team has first-hand local experience and knowledge in the property field. Our team members are active property investors and owners ourselves. We know how to identify a good investment property or home from personal experience as well as professional insight.

Having someone on your side providing up-to-date property data, off-market properties and local knowledge means you will have a competitive advantage against other buyers who may be searching on their own.

Save time, money and stress

The hours spent looking for a property online, attending open houses, auctions and not securing the one you want can be costly and stressful. And not to mention, time consuming!

Using a buyer’s agent means you could save time, money and stress by handing the hard part over to us. We’ll only present properties to you that suit your needs and budget – and we’ll ensure you never pay more than the true value of the property.
